Can I send a fax and message together from Outlook?

I am trying to send a message to multiple recipients. Some have email, some
only FAX. Is it possible to send one message, through Outlook, to all
recipients if some are FAX and some are email? It comes up with the FAX
number for those entered, and I can select both types in the TO: line, but it
won't send. We are using SBS 2003 and have a FAX modem setup and functioning
on the server. I am able to FAX by using Print, going to the shared FAX.
 
It's possible but we cannot tell you how. You did not post your Outlook
version or the fax software installed on the local machine.
