can I sell my XP Pro

I have an new extra retail box upgrade version of windows
XP Pro, unopened, and I want to know if it is legal for me
to sell this on ebay. thanks, (e-mail address removed)
 
Hi, there's nothing Microsoft will do to stop you. just please include the
up-opened "Shrink-wrapped" package.

You could sell it even if you had opened it, installed it and used it for a
year. Microsoft will let you sell it as long as you uninstall it from every
computer you have had it on.
 
sure, you own it don't ya. You could sell a OEM if you
wanted too.

Except in the case of an OEM, you cannot sell it if it has been
installed on a PC, excipt with the PC it has been installed on.
