can I sell a database I've created with Microsoft Access?

I have a business opportunity to create a database and sell it. I'm not
selling Access, just the database I'm going to create. I can't find anything
saying I can't, but that doesn't mean its not there.

Just thought I'd check

It's your property. You can sell it if you can find a willing buyer.

It's just as if you had written a short story using Word. You could
sell the Word document without any restrictions based on the software
used to create it.
