Can I schedule to send a mesage at a certain time and date in Out.

See above Q- I want to send a message at exactly noon next wednesday...is
this possible?
 
Make the email, then Options, delay delivery by setting the Do not deliver
before setting.

I think you'll need an Exchange server for this method to work - please post
your version next time you want a question answered - the answers do vary
depending on your version.
