can I restore a deleted email?

is there a way to get back an email i have deleted from the delete folder?

Not if you (or Outlook) already compacted the .pst file to purge the
delete-marked items. Do a Google search on "DBxtract" for a utility
that might help.

That's for Outlook Express' DBX files.
