Depends what you want to do. The safest way to do this (in terms of
staying legal) is to add the /NOGUIBOOT option to your boot.ini file.
This can be done by selecting the "Do not display GUI boot screens" in
the Target Designer's SLX project "Settings"

Also, if you're talking about the Windows Logon dialog box, either use
MinLogon, or use WinLogon with the Automatic Logon component.

Dear friends,

I tryed the /noguiboot but it remove only the loader splash screen, there is
a second splash screen when the wixXp gui start, I wanna know if I can
remove this screen.

I wonder what second splash screen you saw?
Do you meant the Desktop wallpaper before logon?
Then search this NG archive for "wallpaper". There've been a bunch of posts about it. E.g.,

it is a little window with Windows Embedded logo before the Login window. I
hope this is a simple wallpaper! ;-)
