Can I refresh when I "Empty Deleted Folder?"

I wrote an email and when asked if I wanted to Save the Draft when I sent it
I said NO then I deleted my entire Empty Deleted Folder. Yes, that was done.
Is this email lost or can I find it somewhere else? Thanks
