can i rearrange document pages without cutting and pasting?

i want to change the order of the pages of a 70-word document. can i do this
without cutting and pasting page content?

If each page starts with a heading, you can use the Outline view with the
outline collapsed to that heading level, and drag the headings to new
positions; the text in the collapsed areas will move it the headings.

Otherwise, no, cut/paste is the method.
