I want to add on endnote on existing footnote, but Word doesn't allow this.
Any solution?

Create the endnote in the document text. Insert the reference mark next to
the footnote reference mark, and format it as Hidden text. In the footnote,
Insert | Reference | Cross-reference to Endnote: Endnote number (formatted).
Check the box to hyperlink it if desired.

You're welcome. Note that the only wrinkle is that if you click on the
reference number in the endnote to get back to the "text," you'll get back
to the (invisible) reference in the document body rather than the footnote
where the endnote is ostensibly referenced. If you can put up with this tiny
glitch, the rest should work okay.
