Can I prompt the Outlook address book in Excel?

Can I open any of the native Outlook dialog boxes from Excel? Let's say the
address book so I can insert an addrress in the active cell?

You can if you use Outlook automation and the Outlook object model. You will
get security prompts about a program accessing your address book from Excel
VBA code unless you're using Office 2007 however.
