can I print envelopes for contacts directly from Outlook?

Is there a quick way to print off an envelope for a contact in Outlook? Or if
I use mailmerge to create envelopes for contacts, can I save the merged
douments (envelopes) individually rather than into one document? I thought
that way I could access them more easily. Thanks.

While you can mail merge from Outlook to a single contact - see
http://www.gmayor.com/mailmerge_from_outlook.htm - the tools are not
provided in Outlook to create an envelope for a contact.

It shouldn't be too difficult to create a macro in Outlook to create the
envelope, but it is simpler to use the envelope wizard or even an envelope
template in Word. You can download automated envelope template samples that
call contact information from Outlook from my web site.

Hi - I have a couple of files where I keep some merged envelopes for future
use. I created these in Word using a merge envelope created through Outlook
and just saved all in the merge as a single document (in my Word files) I
also have an envelope template in Word I created through Outlook that I keep
in a file marked "Personal Templates" (for ease of use). Hope this helps.
Ask away if it didn't.

You could look around for utilities that would accomplish this.

I use Envelope & Labels from Manawatu Software Solutions, a snippet from the read me (Aladdins ~
Envelopes & Labels , will enhance Outlook functionality by enabling you to quickly print
professional envelopes and labels using Outlook contact data. Aladdins prints directly from selected
contacts, or custom information entered by you. Up to 10 envelope and 20 label styles can be
pre-set, with numerous customization options...)

Not sure on the current price but you can google for info. You can, as with a lot of software,
download & try a 30 day trial.
