Can I open Corel Quattro Pro 12 Worksheets in Excel 2003 XP

Is there a way in which my colleagues can access my Corel Quattro Pro 12
Spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel?
 
In QP, you can save your files in XLS format and you can open them with Qp
while colleagues can open them with Excel.
