Can I merge Outlook 2003 Archive files?

I want to merge a number of Outlook Archive PST files. Can this be done? If
so, how??

function.

it is one archive file to another.

I am trying to delete the empty archive folders after i've combined their
contents. I have about 4 folders i cant get rid of.

I open Outlook and when I try to copy it says that I cannot perform that
