Use a Crosstab Query... there's good help on that, documentation in many
self-study texts, and I think you'll find a lesson that includes it at
Office Online -- if you are using Access 2003, click the Office Online link;
if not, visit http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/default.aspx, and follow the
"Training" hyperlink in the upper lefthand part. Then use the Crosstab Query
as the RecordSource of the Report.
Of course, your tables will have to be properly laid out for the crosstab to
work properly.
