Can I mail merge to a file?

I need to have access do a mail merge to a file, that can be e-mailed to a
different location, and then printed.

Anyone have any ideas on this?

Yes you can. You can export a number of different file formats. You
can mail merge to MS Word and Access will crate such a file for Word. You
can just copy that file.

While I know it will work, I have not had any reason to use it so I
can't offer detailed information. Maybe someone else can do that for you.
