Can I mail a merged powerpoint presentation to data list in Excel

I have created a Presntation and merged pertinent fields to different slides
in the presentation, one of which is a members name. How can I send that
presentation out fo that the person on the Excel sheet which was used to
complete the merge, gets the presentation with their name and info on it?

I have received a presentation which does this however am not aware of how
it's done.

Any help will be greatly appreciated,

I'd post this one in the Outlook and/or Outlook Express group as well, Robbie.

To expand on this a bit (we've been beating on this by email already), Robbie
has an Excel file with names and other information. The data gets merged into
a series of PPT files, each with a name like FirstnameLastname.ppt (first name
and last name taken from the same xls file, so Joe Blow's data would merge into
JoeBlow.ppt)

That bit's under control.

What's needed next is to automate the process of creating an email to Joe Blow
and attaching JoeBlow.PPT automatically to the email.

Steve,

I'm a bit confused, (nothing new) is the data a linked spreadsheet? If so
PFCExpress will gather all the linked info, do the pathless thing, and fire
it off in an email all automatically.

Steve,

That's not the issue though ...

The data determines what's in each of a series of PPT presentations that get
automatically created. Think merge printing to documents in Word.

So now there are all these documents and in a data file there's a list of the
doc names and the email addresses.

Robbie needs to have something go through the data, and for each record:

Get the email address
Create an email to that address
Get the name of the PPT file to be attached
Attach it to the email
Send
