Can I link a row on sheet 2 to a row on sheet 1?

Can I link a row on sheet 2 to a row on sheet one so that if I move the row
in sheet 1 the same row in sheet 2 will move also.

Try grouping the sheets.

remember to ungroup them though as all changes to one sheet will be made to
the other.
