Can I install VS2003 after installing 2005?

I may have a need to install Visual Studio 2003 but I've already
installed 2005. Will I have problems installing 2003 now?
 
I've heard of a few people that installed it successfully without issue.I
believe I did it once and had an issue with the ASP.Net MMC add-in, using
the aspnet_regiis for the 2.0 framework corrected it.

VS 2003 and VS 2005 can co-exist nicely at least so I believe you should
have minimal problems.
