Hello Wizards:

I may be trying to do something simple the difficult way but since I can't figure it out I would appreciate any help you can give.

I would like to link a column of values in spreadsheet 1 to spreadsheet 2 based on a common value in both tables. Vlookup works great in dropping in the actual values but I would like to drop in links so that the values in spreadsheet 1 will update when spreadsheet 2 is updated. I could add the links row by row but it is very tedious.

Maybe VLookup is not the function to use? Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi
VLOOKUP seems to be the correct function for you. It will update
automatically if you change the value in the lookup sheet
