can I import Windows Calendar to Outlook

Can I import my Windows calendar to the Outlook calendar? If so, how? Thanks.
 
Questions about Windows Mail should be asked in a group that supports that application, probably a Windows Vista.windows mail group.

Having said that, what formats does Windows Mail calendar support for export?
