In Access, go to "File" then "Get External Data" then a lookup thing will
appear, Click on "Import".
Next go to the buttom of the dialogue box and select the file type to look
for "Excel Sheet or .XLS"
Browse the browser to the folder where you have your Excel sheet imported.
Click on the excel sheet then click import.
There will be a wizard that identifies whether or not the column headers are
field titles and such and also options to rename any of the fields. It might
also prompt you that some names are not acceptable in access so it will
rename it to "Field##"
If your excel sheet is continually changing, you might want to link rather
than import. Same method, but rather than import, you will select "Link"
