Can I give automatic reply to messages e.g. when on vacation

This is for business use.
I will be going on vacation soon and would like if possible to automatically
reply to messages advising the sender that "I am on holiday until....."
Is this possible?
 
If you're connected via Exchange Server, you merely use Tools / Out of Office
Assistant. If you're connected via SMTP, hopefully your organization has set
up webmail so you can logon and set the Out of Office message through there.
