can i get files back after i empty my recycle bin?

i recently ran a fix it utilities professional 7 file cleaner and now i am
unable to view pictures out of my picture folder. it gives the names of the
kodak folders but they will not open. is there any way to get them back. i
have tried my file undeleter on my fix it utilities program but it will not
run. thank you.

Has the program you used got an 'undo' option? If so try and use that.
