Can I freeze the side and top panes in the same document?

I am looking to freeze both the top and side panes of one document. Is this
possible? I have found how to freeze one or the other but not both.

Yep.

Assuming that you want to freeze the top row and left column only, put the
cursor in cell B2 and freeze.
