can I find the area under a plotted curve?

I plotted the curve y = 1200-4x. Can I find the area under the curve from 0
to 5 using an excel function?

Excel doesn't know calculus. You could program numerical integration (such
as described on Bernard Liengme's web page), but it is unclear why you would
want to when you have an analytically integrable function. The area under
the curve y=1200-4*x from a to b is (b-a)*(1200-2*(a+b)). If you have
limited calculus skills, you might find Maxima to be helpful
