Can I find "blind copy" recipients to re-email the same group?

I sent an email to a large, RANDOM group of people and now I realize I need
to add an addendum. I can't remember exactly who I sent it to. I always use
BCC when I'm sending non-work-related items to a diverse group of people so
they can't see each other's addresses. Only now I can't use "reply all,"
because that option doesn't show the BCC recipients. What's the easiest way
for me to re-send the email to the same group of people?

Go into your Sent Items folder, open the original item you sent and use the
Actions menu > Resend command. The item that gets opened/created should show
the BCC list which you can then copy & paste into your other mail item

I have Microsoft 2000, so unfortunately I don't have that option. (But if I
get an upgrade, I'll know! Thanks.)

Is there anything I can do with my 2000 version to achieve the same result?

When you open a mail item from Sent Items what shows on the Action menu of
that now open mail item
