Can I extend/modify the height of a report beyond its max?

Hi

This may seem like a silly question but i was wondering if the height of the
"detail" section of a report can be extended beyond its maximum of 55.873cm.
I am wanting a 6 or 7 page report in total, but access wont let me add new
fields past this height. I dont want to create 2 seperate reports, as this
kindof defeats the point of what i want to do :) any ideas would be greatly
appreciated!! (i also tried to edit it in VB but this didnt work either)

Many Thanks
Julie

The limit is per section so just add a group section on a field or fields that
are unique in the RecordSource. This will give you the equivelent of two detail
sections.

However; needing this much vertical space strongly suggests that your table
structures and/or the structure of the report are flawed.

You can also create subreports using the same record source as the main
report and include controls that you want to print that don't fit on the main
report. Then insert the subreport(s) to the main report in the order you want
them to print and link them using the primary key for the record source. I've
created reports up to 10 pages long this way, but don't know if there is a
limit on overall size.
