can I embade ms word into memo filed

Is there any way I can embade word in to memo filed or all the
functionalitie of word into memo filed.
I have data base with memo filed where we insert meeting details but we need
to be able to do formating in to it which memo field does not allow us. like
colors, fonts, etc.

You need a so-called "rich text control".
