Can I download content in public folders to my personal folders. .

I had access to a public folder of my company, the data in the folder is
deleted every 2 days. I would like to configure a personal folder (as we do
for E-mails), so that all the information posted or published in the public
folder automatically drops down in to my persoanl folder.

There is no way to automatically synchronize public and personal folders.

account will be deleted without reading.
