Can I distinguish between msaccess.exe for runtime and full versio

Hi-

Hoping someone may help shed some light on this.

In a software scan of all .exe files, is there a simple way to distiguish
between the runtime version (no paid license required) and the full version???

It is the same file. Only registry entries distinguish how they run.
