Can I display three names when sending emails?

I recently got married and want my name in all emails sent to read my first
name, maiden name in parenthesis, and new last name. For example "Jane
(Smith) Johnson". It is displayed this way on our internal email, but when I
send emails to the outside world, it only is displaying my first and last
name, which I am afraid will potentially confuse outside vendors and clients
as they will not recognize my new last name and may potentially delete the
email. Our Office Manager is indicating that you can only show a first name,
middle initial, and last name, that this is the way Microsoft Office is
configured but many of my friends whose companies use Outlook have displayed
all three names when sending emails. We have Outlook 2000 and Windows XP
Professional.

You didn't say what kind of mail account you're using -- Exchange, POP, or IMAP. It matters.
