Can I direct mail from different accounts to different mail boxes

I can't figure out how to direct incoming mail for peabrain1 to peabrain's
mail box instead of the inbox. Can it be done?
 
Explain what you mean. Is this "peabrain mail box" a folder under
your Windows Mail's Local Folders?
