Can I deploy a VB6 project with ClickOnce?

My question is: Can I deploy a purely VB6 project with ClickOnce?

I know that COM components can be deployed within .net projects but
can they deployed from existing VB6 projects using ClickOnce?

Afaik no. ClickOnce needs .NET, and more important the security features of
..NET. You should switch to VB.NET ...
