Can I delete folders named $NtUninstall*$ ?

I have a large number of folders in the Windows directory named
$NtUninstall*$. They are uninstall files for applied updates. Can I delete
any of them so I can gain space on my hard drive?

http://www.ccleaner.com/ and install CCleaner to remove unnecessary files in

Absolutely nothing...it has to do with the OPs question.

As long as you don't need to uninstall any of the updates
in the future,it should be ok to delete them. They do take
up quite a bit of space.
