Can I delete email from specific URLs or domains?

I want to permanently delete email from specific URLs or domains without
deleting again in the junk email folder. Can this be done in rules and
alerts? Thanks.

You can add specific domains to your Blocked Senders (or Junk Senders,
depending on version, which you didn't mention) list. However, mail doesn't
come from URLs. While you can put URLs in a rule that scans the text of the
message body, I have found that its rare that that works as expected.
Outlook's rules don't scan HTML well at all, especially since so much of it
is obfuscated.
