Can I create my personal icons to assign to my macros?

Usually people assign macros to buttons. You can, however, assign a macro to
a piece of ClipArt or other picture you paste on a worksheet.
 
True, but I would like to use this particular macro for all other worksheets
without having to paste the button in every worksheet. I am using excel
2007. In excel 2003 I could design an icon and put it on my personal toolbar
and assign a macro to it and use it with all my worksheets.
