I'm trying to create a form that user can access from an Exchange server.
Can I create an .oft in Word, upload it to a Sharepoint server, and then to
an Exchange server and keeps its formatting?

What would be the purpose of this .oft file? The main use for .oft files is to back up published custom Outlook forms.

Word is not used to create .oft files, only Outlook.
