Can I create a WORD form that links the contents of a field to an.

I am trying to create a Form in WORD that has text fields. I want to link
some fields so that when the user enters text into those fields the text is
automatically inserted inot another field.

For example, the form has a "Name" field at the top of the form. When the
name is entered I want it automatically entered in another "Name" field at
the bottom of the form.

Can this be done? How?
