can I create a shortcut to a folder within a Contact

I do a lot of work within Business Contact Manager. I keep a phone log, etc.
I also set up a folder for each job that I work. Can I create a shortcut (or
autolink) to a folder within the business contact page? I spend a lot of time
backing out of Outlook, and browsing the path: Jobs/surveys/customer/location
etc. It would save me a ton of time. It would be best if I could link it to a
folder instead of a file. I want to make that clear.

Don't know. You should ask in a BCM group.
In Outlook, it's simple to do:
Use this syntax to select the folder with which Outlook opens (be sure to
use the quotes as shown). The Contacts folder is used in this example.
Substitute the folder you want, but be sure to use lower case as shown:
"<drive>:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\Outlook.exe" /select
outlook:contacts
