can i create a messageboard using frontpage?

I'm constructing a website ans i need to create a messageboard, can i do this
on frontpage?

but you might be a little leary of web software from a company that their
web site has so many messed up graphics....

a google search on

messageboard software

yeilded lots of results. I'll let you check them out and see if any meet
your needs.
