Can I create a calendar master document?

Creating monthly calendars requires retyping repeating meetings, etc. as each
new calendar is created. Is there a way to keep the repeating entries while
changing the calendar each month? (i.e., when a meeting occurs every Monday
from 8-10 am)
 
That is what Outlook is for.
