Can I convert Publisher files to PowerPoint?

I created a book for some of my family in Microsoft Publisher and some of the
more tech knowledgeable members would like to have it available on
PowerPoint. Is this possible without a lot of redoing pages once moved to
PowerPoint? I tried copying a page at a time but had trouble working with
things like frames. Also, it will be very time consuming.

Any help would be appreciated.
 
Publisher lets you save as various image types. Do File|Save As and choose
an image type from the "save as type" drop-down in the Save As dialog box.
I'd probably go with PNG.

Then insert the PNG file(s) into PPT.
