If you are currently using Microsoft PowerPoint 2003 you can find instructions here: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/powerpoint/HP051952171033.aspx?pid=CH063500691033 In Microsoft PowerPoint 2007: 1. If you want to save the outline go to the Office Button > Save As > Other Formats. On "Save As Type" select Outline / RTF 2. If you want to make handouts in Microsoft Word, go to the Office Button > Publish > Create Handouts in Microsoft Office Word
