Can I change the text colour in the 'subject' box in outlook

I recently received an e mail and the text in the 'subject' field was red -
does anyone know how to change the text colour in this field?
 
You can change the text color by using automatic formatting on received mails. I know of no way to color the subject line for mails that you send.
