can i change administrator

The person who set me up with xp made himself
administrator. He then took my name out, (it is my
account) and put my husband's name in. How do I get in
and how do I get in to use or be administrator? This is
my computer, and I am afraid he is able to use my
computer, no matter where he is. HELP!!!!!

Simply log in using the built-in Administrator account (which
cannot be deleted) and modify the desired account. By design, the only
way to log into the Administrator account of WinXP Home is to reboot
into Safe Mode. For WinXP Pro, pressing CTRL+ALT+DEL twice at the
Welcome Screen will produce the standard login dialog box.
