I am trying to send e-mails to end customers. I oversee a "back offfice"
operation and I do not want the end customers replying to my folks' e-mails.
If they have that capability, then essentially we become a "front office"
operation.

Assuming it's a legit operation.... Whose address do you want on the email?
It has to have someone's address - if not yours, then the people you are
sending the message on behalf of.

If you are spamming, be aware that even without your address on the message,
you can be identified.
