Can I automatically fill in the BCC field when I hit reply?

I handle email for a big corporation and my responses to customers need to be
BCC'd to two managers. Is there a way to set up a rule or otherwise to have
this field populated automatically with the managers email addresses?

if there is a common thread - such as subject, or you need to bcc
everything sent to that address, you can use a rule.
