I don't understand why they offer the "sound" option on a tool bar if it
can't be used. I went to the website you listed in your note and while I
didn't expect it to work per what you said, I tried it anyway. I got an
error message when I clicked on the "add sound" button. I'm sure you know
what the message said -- "This object was created in HTMLInlineSoundCtl.
This application is not available to open this object....yada, yada, yada!"
Do you know if there is any chance this feature will be "activated" or added
in the future by MS???
I don't know, but I suspect that since it was in Windows XP and XP SP1 and
SP2 broke it, that Microsoft will eventually fix it. Tell them you're
disappoiinted at mswish at microsoft dot com or
