Can I add hyperlinks to a gif

I created a graphic in illustrator, changed it to a pdf file, brought it into
photoshop and output it as a web page (gif) in FrontPage. On the graphic is
a list of five items. I want to attach five hyperlinks here. Can I do it in
FrontPage? Are these hotspots? The webpage is my writing porfolio.

Hi,

Yes..as long as you have first imported the .gif image into your web, then
inserted that image into a page...you then should be able to apply hot spots
to it as links.
