Can I add bars and tone to movie maker and how?

I want to add bars and tone which is needed for audio equalization at a
public access stationand would love to use Movimaker to do it. Is this
possible?? If so I will sell my churches G4, because we need simple editing
features which moviemaker does just like I-Movie.

MM doesn't have any built in bars or tones, but you could import your own.
